Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 For Mac

MC Legacy is a Minecraft beta 1.7.3 server supported by a relatively small but ever-growing community of players who like playing Minecraft the way it was meant to be - that classic beta Java Edition you know and love. We are a chill and supportive group of people who have only one. I miss the old days of Minecraft, when it was a simple game. It was nearly perfect. Most of what Mojang has added since beta 1.7.3 is fluff, life.

Compilation

We use maven to handle our dependencies.

Install Maven 3
Check out this repo and: mvn clean install

Coding and Pull Request Conventions

We generally follow the Sun/Oracle coding standards.
No tabs; use 4 spaces instead.
No trailing whitespaces.
No 80 column limit or midstatement newlines.
No CRLF lineendigs, LF only, put your gits 'core.autocrlf' on 'true'
Proper javadoc for each method added/changed to describe what it does.
The number of commits in a pull request should be kept to a minimum (squish them into one most of the time - use common sense!).
No merges should be included in pull requests unless the pull request's purpose is a merge.
Pull requests should be tested (does it compile? AND does it work?) before submission.

Follow the above conventions if you want your pull requests accepted.

Installation: Add files to Minecraft.jar

MultiMC, this means creating a Beta 1.7.3 Instance, clicking the 'Add
to Minecraft.jar' button within the Version Window, and selecting the
zip for this mod
For the Vanilla launcher, this means cramming the edited class files from this mod into your Beta 1.7.3 Jar.
